Online Therapy Availability
We offer secure, high-quality video sessions from the comfort of your home, ensuring your privacy and emotional safety. In person may be available at our East Longmeadow Office.
Insurance & Payment
We accept most major insurance plans for individual psychotherapy, out of pocket only for specialized couples work. Sliding scale can be offered based on your situation.
Location & Access
Our practice is based in the Greater Springfield area, but we provide remote support for clients across Massachusetts.
