In the second phase, each partner meets individually with the therapist. These sessions provide space to openly discuss your personal experiences, concerns, and individual needs. We’ll explore emotional patterns and stressors that may be affecting the relationship.

In the final phase of the assessment, we bring everything together to create a clear and collaborative treatment plan. We’ll review key insights, identify shared goals, and discuss practical next steps for healing and reconnection.
